(Seguin) – With her strong national tournament showings and overall play in the fall and spring, Texas Lutheran sophomore tennis player Sofia Vega claimed her second Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-America honor and received a final national ranking of No. 10 in NCAA Division III.

(St. George, Utah) – With help from two former Seguin High School standouts, the Angelina College softball team recently brought home the NJCAA Division 1 national championship with an 8-5 victory over Central Florida in the title game of the juco World Series in St. George, Utah.

(Seguin) – Seguin High School softball player Shelby Janda was voted to the Texas Girls Coaches Association’s Class-4A All-State team for the second straight season.
