(Seguin) -- The city of Seguin has apparently answered the question, what do you do with an old hydroelectric plant? City of Seguin officials say the friendly atmosphere, scenic views, excellent food and cold drinks make the new Power Plant Texas Grill Seguin’s newest must-see destination. However, they say it has not always been that way.
