Peter Pan Jr. to debut in new SHS Performing Arts Center

(Seguin) -- Get ready to fly away to Neverland in Seguin High School's new Performing Arts Center. The stage will officially come to life with this year's theater production of Disney's Peter Pan Jr. The production is described as a modern version of the "timeless tale about a boy who wouldn't grow up, with no flying required."

New flag for city of Seguin; Flag will include new city logo

(Seguin) -- The old, green city of Seguin flag with a picture of the Saffold Dam on it will soon be replaced. Seguin City Council members on last week agreed to a redesign of the new flag. It's really less of a redesign, and more of a commitment the city is making to it's new logo and "It's Real" tag line.

Gorordo to leave Seguin ISD; School board to hear informatio on new attendance campaign

(Seguin) -- A member of the Seguin ISD administrative team is electing to retire. Former Seguin ISD Deputy Superintendent Guadalupe Gorordo has submitted her resignation. Gorordo's title was recently changed by new Superintendent Matthew Gutierrez.

Seguin Fall Clean-up Day set for this Saturday

(Seguin) -- The city of Seguin is again offering residents the opportunity to get rid of unwanted items. The 2017 Fall Clean-Up Day is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28 from 8 a.m. to noon.

(Shreveport, La.) - Texas Lutheran Volleyball grabbed a pair of Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference wins Saturday afternoon over University of Dallas and Austin College at the Cross Divisional in Shreveport, La., followed with a 3-0 loss to No. Colorado College in Sunday’s first match, and capped the 3-1 weekend with a five-set win over tournament host Centenary.

TLU men’s soccer falls to Dallas, tie Colorado College
(Irving, Colorado Springs) – The Texas Lutheran men’s soccer team suffered a 3-2 loss to the University of Dallas in Irving on Friday and played Colorado College to a scoreless draw on Sunday in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play last weekend.
