Thanks to Guadalupe County Sheriff Arnold Zwicke, parents of local kids are invited to attend one of two public presentations being led by Phil Chalmers, a nationally recognized author, speaker, educator and crime expert. Chalmers will be in Guadalupe County this week talking to area students. He will also speak directly to parents and members of the community during special presentations of his "True Lies" program.
