Seguin softball outlasts Tivy in district slugfest
(Seguin) - Seguin pulled within a game of first place in the District 26-5A softball standings by handing Kerrville-Tivy its first district loss of the season in a 16-12 slugfest Friday night on the SHS campus.

(Belton) - Eighth-ranked Texas Lutheran rolled to a 13-1 road win Tuesday over Mary Hardin-Baylor at UMHB's Red Murff Field.
