(Seguin)- Senior offensive lineman Alejandro Briseno (Brownsville/Rivera) capped his collegiate football career at Texas Lutheran with a selection to the 2017 D3football.com All-America Third Team.

(Seguin) – Wins were elusive through much of Seguin’s 2017 football season, but the coaches in District 26-5A still recognized the team’s efforts by voting 16 Matadors to the All-District awards list.

Fighting between the Saudi Arabian-backed Yemeni government and Iranian-backed Houthi rebels has mainly stopped in the key port city of Hodeida.
