(Seguin) - The Texas Lutheran men's and women's basketball teams open critical homestands in their respective Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference seasons tonight with games against Centenary University at Memorial Gymnasium.

(Geronimo) - After announcing his commitment to play college football at the Ivy League’s Brown University last fall, Navarro High School senior Will Eveld made it official on Wednesday by signing his National Letter of Intent. Eveld was a four-year All-District performer for the Panthers as both a defensive back and a quarterback, and was named the District 13-4A-Division II Offensive MVP in 2016. He is Navarro’s school record holder in passing yards and touchdowns, as well as rushing yards by a quarterback, and helped the Panthers advance a total of 13 playoff rounds over the past four seasons.
