Navarro High School prepares for Homecoming 2018

(Geronimo) -- It's Homecoming weekend in the Navarro ISD. Friday's football match up has the Navarro Panthers taking on Austin's East Side Memorial. Kick-off is at 7:30 p.m. The crowning of this year's Homecoming Court is also being planned for tonight.

New school year begins this week for Navarro ISD

(Geronimo) -- It's back to hitting the books for the Navarro ISD. Today marks the first day of school for students in Geronimo. Superintendent Dee Carter says the district is preparing for yet another successful school year. She says there is plenty awaiting for this growing district.

Navarro Intermediate School teachers help to decorate the walls in the new $15.5 million campus, which hosts its Meet the Teacher/Open House event Wednesday night. 
 
(Geronimo) -- Tonight is the night that students and parents at Navarro Intermediate School will finally get to see the new $15.5 million campus. Tonight is Meet the Teacher for students in the fourth through sixth grades.

(Geronimo) -- The Navarro ISD is nearing the final stretch of construction for its new $15.5 million intermediate school. The school located west of the elementary school campus is said to be moving along as scheduled.

Navarro ISD preparing to tackle projected growing pains

(Seguin) -- A recent demographics study on the Navarro ISD is showing significant growth and the need for more elbow room. Although the current construction of its new Navarro Intermediate Campus is a big plus, the school district is preparing for continued growing pains.
