(Seguin) -- Losing weight and getting healthy is the top New Year's resolution each year. That means there's a good chance that many of you have taken that vow again this year. If you want to be successful with this goal in 2018, experts say you need to make sure that you keep a few easy tips in mind.
Nicole Bruton, member services supervisor at Guadalupe Regional Wellness Center (GRWC), says everyone starts off excited about the new year, but they lose some of that energy as time goes by because they didn't have a measurable or realistic goal set for the new year. She says the best advice may be to keep your goals simple.
