(Seguin) – The doors to the city’s new Seguin Animal Services are officially open. The doors opened Monday to local dogs, cats and other various animals needing a temporary home. The shelter, located at 555 Fred Byrd Drive, replaces the 70 plus year old facility on South River Drive.
Helping to manage the new facility is Jessica Montgomery. Montgomery will not only oversee the well-being of the animals but also its volunteer program and community and education partnerships.
