(Seguin) -- The Seguin Police Department has released the names of two bodies found last week in a burned out mobile home near the Love's Travel Stop off IH 10 West.
Gregory Bailey, 63 and his wife Rebecca Lynn Bailey, 55, were found deceased by fire fighters after smoke and flames were reported by a passing motorist before just before 5 A.M. Monday, Oct. 9th.
Numerous area fire departments and volunteer fire departments responded to the scene, including the Seguin Fire Department, Seguin Fire Marshal's Office, and Marion VFD, as well as the Seguin Police Department and the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office.
Arriving, Seguin Police officers located what appears to have be a murder/suicide note placed on the fence just outside of the mobile home. The motive is being investigated; however, it is believed that one or more of the occupants of the mobile home were experiencing significant personal health issues.
Firefighters say all preliminary investigations appear that the home was intentionally set on fire.
