(Seguin) -- The future of Seguin ISD Superintendent Stetson Roane is expected to be determined during Monday's special meeting of the Seguin ISD Board of Trustees.
The district announced the meeting Thursday which includes trustees meeting behind closed doors and then possibly taking action in open session. The agenda reads, "Possible action regarding Superintendent's evaluation, employment, duties, and employment contract."
The board on Jan. 30th placed Roane on administrative leave with pay while an investigation was done on a complaint filed against him.
Despite no discussion in open session, the vote by the trustees was unanimous. Roane was reportedly in Austin for a conference, and not present for the special meeting.
The action came after many had initially questioned the reasoning behind the special called meeting. Information and specific details were reportedly not released to the school board members prior to the meeting and due to it being a personnel issue, not much could be released following the meeting.
The special meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Seguin ISD Board Room located inside of Oak Park Mall.
