(Seguin) -- The Seguin ISD Board of Trustees will again discuss and possibly take action on the future of Superintendent Stetson Roane.
The school board last week chose not to reinstate him as the district's top administrator. The agenda tonight allows for possible action against his employment and or his contract. The agenda reads "deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of the superintendent."
A second agenda item also allows for the "consultation with legal counsel regarding pending or contemplating litigation or settlement offer."
The special meeting follows a series of meetings in which trustees have been discussing and deciding on the results of an investigation behind a complaint made against Roane. Initial action placed him on administrative leave with pay in late January.
Due to the issue being a personnel matter, district officials say little to nothing on the actual complaint findings can be publicly released.
The special meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. today in the Seguin ISD Oak Park Mall.
