(Seguin) - Texas Lutheran Men's Soccer cruised to a 3-0 conference home win Friday night against Centenary and followed with a 3-2 win over Austin College on Sunday to wrap up this season’s home schedule at TLU’s Gustafson Field.

The Bulldogs out-shot Centenary 29-7 and picked up goals from David Ching, Brice Collier and Agustin Cueva.

Cole Welker and Braulio Adam assisted on the Ching and Collier goals, respectively.

The senior Ching, scoring on Senior Night, drove a hard shot into the left corner of the net in the 26th minute.

Collier took a long pass from Adam, side-stepped the keeper, and scored into the empty net in the 57th minute.

Cueva knocked home the final goal for TLU in the 88th minute. He took a loose ball and drilled a shot into the right side of the net from about 18 yards.

Ching and fellow senior Alejandro Martinez were honored in a post-match ceremony for their dedication to the TLU Men's Soccer program. Ching and Martinez are finishing up their final years of playing eligibility. Both are four-year lettermen for the Bulldogs.

Ching also scored in Sunday’s win over Austin College, and was named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in last weekend’s matches.

The Bulldogs kicked off Sunday’s scoring in the 11th minute of the game with a goal from Brice Collier. Collier scored off a pass from the middle of the field from Alejandro Martinez.

Braulio Adam received a pass from the top of the box from Cameron Townes, dribbled around the goalie and sunk a shot to an empty net from 3 yards out at 12:30. The Kangaroos reciprocated in the 36th minute of play with an unassisted shot from Phillip Le.

Up and down play continued during the second half until Ching scored an unassisted goal for the Bulldogs in the 71st minute. Ching dribbled the ball from 40 yards out down the right side and made quick footwork around AC's Joseph Khalaf, nailing a shot to the bottom left corner.

Thomas Quick for the 'Roos scored a late goal in the last five minutes of play off a pass from Jack Wheaton to bring the final score to 3-2 Bulldogs.

The next SCAC match for the Bulldogs (4-7-2, 3-5-1 SCAC) is Friday in San Antonio against Trinity University at 8 p.m. on McGinlay Field.
