George William Wright was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 30, 1966 to Roy F. and Barbara J. Wright.
On October 13, 2017, George left all the physical pain behind that he had suffered from for the past 4 years, gaining his angel wings and being reunited with his beloved son, Clifton. On July 1, 1993, George's sister, Sarah introduced George to Charlotte. Charlotte had truly found her Mr. Wright! From that day they were inseparable. They married on December 9, 1993. On July 4, 1994, they welcomed their little firecracker, Clifton into their world. This family of three enjoyed a great life, with many adventures camping, traveling to places like Cloudcroft, NM and spending time with family and friends. Life was good! When George was diagnosed with cancer in early 2014, they were devastated. All George wanted was to see Clifton grow, get married, have children etc.. That was his strength to get him through chemo and radiation treatments. Just as he finished those treatments, his beloved Clifton was taken from him. This took such a toll on his already weak body, but he continued to fight for Charlotte. Until the very end, he just wanted to make sure she would be okay. He expressed this to family and friends on so many occasions. He constantly thanked her for giving him Clifton and for
taking care of him; and there was no place that Charlotte would be, but by his side.. For better or worse, in sickness and health, and now as death do us part. George is survived by his wife, Charlotte; in-law's, Clarence and Doris Harborth; brother-in-Law, Ray Harborth and Nathalie Fulling; his brothers, Clifton Wright and Tania; Charles Wright and Doris; sisters, Charla Wright-Adkins; Sarah Wantland and Norm; nieces, Jordon Garza, Jackie Wright, Rachel Wright and Mallory Wright; nephews Charles Harborth, Austin Wright and William Wright; his great-niece, and his little Princess, Jaylynn Kay Garza; great-nephews, Eric Martinez and Josiah Garza. When Clifton's accident happened and he passed away, George's family
immediately added new extended members; which he loved so dearly and enjoyed their time together. He was so blessed to be survived by his beautiful Hannah Leilani Stahl and Christopher Mullens. As well as his dear friend, Laura Stahl. He will forever miss them and no doubt they will miss him. Other special lifelong friends, Robin and Randy Shepherd and their family
will not be the same without George. Rejoicing at Heaven's gate, ready to welcome George was his Lord and Savior as well as his beloved son, Clifton; his parents; his brothers-in-law, Donald Adkins and Jerald Harborth. One thing George wanted to do is take an east-coast road trip. So he and Charlotte packed up the car and headed out, on October 3rd. Going along the south, up the east coast visiting family. It was toward the end of the trip, that George joined Clifton in his heavenly home. George was able to enjoy most of the trip. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Tres Hewell
