"Sonic car hop, nursing care giver and dental assistant at Alligator Dental"
 
What does that involve?
"I work with children! I am a server. I love working with children to ensure they are well taken care of both in the nursing and in the dental office."
 
What do you do off the clock "just for fun"?
"Lift weights, play basketball, watch lots of movies"

"I was born September 9 in Lubbock, Texas."
 
What's the most recent book you've read?
"Christian Romance novel: Redeeming Love by Francyine Rivers"
 
What is the best advice you've ever received?
"Never put off what you can do today for tomorrow."
 
What is the biggest challenge you've ever faced?
"Being on my own at 16-years-old"

"Switched at Birth, reminds me of my childhood life as a foster kid. Also fosters learning to speak and except someone because their background history or poverty."

"Volunteer at habitat, work at First United Methodist Church"

"Graduated from Schulenburg high, graduated from Dental Assisting options"
 
What's your professional background/achievements/leadership roles?
"I am very optimistic, initiator. I became on my own at 16-years-old. Paid bills in high school, became very independent."

What are the moments in your life and career that are your proudest accomplishments?
"Going to college, pay for it all by myself, started my career"
 
What brought you to Seguin and why did you choose to live here?
"My husband likes Seguin. I came to visit three times or so, fell in love with the atmosphere and people. So decided to move here and buy a house."
 
What do you believe are the strengths of this community?
"The people. The people are what make the community. The community is only as strong as the ones who live in it."
 
What initiatives or changes would you like to see in Seguin that would further strengthen the community?
"I would improve all roads, not just business roads and streets, improve the justice system"
 
Do you have any family roots/history in the area?
"No"
 
What are your plans for the future, personally and/or professionally?
"To become a dental hygienist"
