Services in Seguin. I am also a certified yoga instructor, teaching
Hot-Mix Yoga in a heated studio."

"Gardening, studying cutting edge health and fitness, bicycling,
lifting weights and cooking."

"Four years in the Armed Forces, completing a Bachelor of Science in
Nursing; completion of two yoga certifications; completion of Seguin
Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership program 2016."

"When my daughter, Leslie, graduated from high school; becoming a
double-certified yoga instructor after the age of 50; holding the
