What is your current occupation (or where do you attend school), and
what does that involve?

"I am the manager of Su Casa Café. I’ve been employed with Su
Casa Café for 4 ½ years. In November, I will complete five years. I am
also a part-time employee of 1838 Grill."
What do you do off the clock “Just for fun?”
"I enjoy spending time with my family. We love going to the movies,
playing board games, and outdoor activities such as bicycling,
swimming, volleyball etc. I also enjoy reading books and listening to

"I was born in San Antonio, Texas."
Who are the members of your immediate family?
"My partner in life of 13 years Amanda Anaya, my handsome son Marc
Xavier and my beautiful daughter Abigail Rihanna."
What is the biggest challenge you’ve ever faced?
"I have been through many challenges but I have remained faithful. My
parents taught me to always have faith and trust in God. God has
never left my side."
What is your favorite TV show and movie?
"My favorite show to watch is Family Feud. My favorite movie is Face
What type of music do you enjoy?
"I love to listen to all types of music. I really enjoy listening to
Bruno Mars."
What is your favorite Seguin business and restaurant?
"I absolutely love Su Casa Café . My favorite breakfast plate is the
Migas Plate with Bacon & my favorite lunch plate is out New Mini Taco
plate with Carnitas."
What is something folks may not really know about you?
"I have a big family. I have 3 sisters and 4 brothers and lots of
nieces, nephews and cousins."
If you could assemble a dinner party with any five guests (living or
dead) -excluding immediate living family members - who would they be?
"I would choose God, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and my Mom & Dad
because they are a big part of my life!"
What are this proudest moments in your personal life or in your career?
"My proudest moment in my personal life would be giving birth to my 2
beautiful children. They are an amazing blessing. Also, being blessed
with opportunity to buy a New House. My proudest moment in my career
would be being promoted to Restaurant Manager."
What do you believe are the strengths of this community?
"I love that our community is more than just that. It’s a family.
When unexpected things happen, our community pulls together to help
one another."
What do you find as the most interesting thing about Seguin?
"Seguin is like a hidden treasure. We have an amusement park, a
swimming resort, coffee brewery many boutiques. You wouldn’t think a
small town would have all this. It’s like a big town in a small town."
What are your future plans?
"In the future, I hope to expand my career and learn more about
business management."
